AMENITIES:
Total Body Gym's facility has the most to offer in comparison to any fitness or gym facility in the Jackson County area. Our facility houses, TWO, 10-Minute Ovation tanning beds and a variety of tanning lotions. This allows for customers to get a beautiful bronze with minimal time constraints! Our priority is ensuring customer satisfaction.
The gym equipment includes vast
amounts of free weights, cardio machines, and weight machines. Stair climbers, bikes, treadmills, ab machines, jump ropes, medicine balls, and the list goes on. There is not another facility in Jackson County that can beat the variety of equipment that our company has to offer. The facility also has a
three person dry sauna
with a CD/radio and mood lighting inside. The sauna is a wonderful ending to a great workout, with maximum temperatures reaching 140 degrees. Sauna towels and footwear are provided for your convenience.
Total Body Gym has a shower and locker facilities, to help meet the needs with those traveling or coming in during a lunch break. For cardio entertainment, our company provides
wireless headsets to flat screen cable televisions, along with satellite radio. Safety of
our
members is always of the up most importance, so the gym has a highly monitored security
camera system, and a panic alert button. The panic alert button notifies
the police, and EMS services should for any reason an accident has occurred or if you are alone in the facility.

Our facility offers Massage Therapy
services 4 days a week. Appointments in advance are recommended. Please note a
24 hour notice of cancellation is needed if not a $20.00 fee will be accessed
for inconvenience.
We offer Swedish, Deep
Tissue, Hot Stone & also can accommodate mothers to be with Pregnancy
Massage. Chair Massage on site or at your request at your place of
employment. Private in home appointments can also be scheduled for extra

Minors 17-16.5 years must have the consent of a parent or guardian in order to
tan. NO ONE UNDER 16.5 years of age allowed.
